Emerge-Pakistan is a human resources and management consulting firm located in Lahore, Pakistan. We provide services, expertise and resources to private sector organizations in Pakistan. Mr. Imran Shahzad is a foreign qualified professional with over 20 years diverse experience specializing in the areas of HR, organizational leadership and change management. He has expertise in both traditional and contemporary approaches and qualitative and quantitative aspects of the profession. As Head of HR, he held leading roles in various leading organizations and ensured implementation of HR policies, systems, procedures and practices and utilized change management skills for smooth and effective transition to achieve the organizational targets. His role has been pivotal as a leading consultant, coach, trainer, mentor and councilor to our valued clients.
